Jeffrey A. Stuckert M.D. Beloved husband of Connie Stuckert (nee Compton). Devoted father of Evan Stuckert and Sydney Kosanke (nee Stuckert). Dear brother of Candice Lei (nee Stuckert) and Keith R. Stuckert. Preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Elaine Stuckert. Son in-law of Charles and Mary Compton. Father in-law of Aaron Kosanke. Loving friend of Lindsey Kinnard. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. During Jeff's medical career he has served as Director of Emergency Medicine at Christ and Deaconess Hospitals, as well as the CEO & Medical Director of The Ridge/Northland, drug and alcohol treatment centers. Departed on October 1, 2013 at the age of 58. Memorial donations may be made in care of the Jeffrey A Stuckert treatment scholarship, 50 W Techne Center Dr, Suite B-5, Milford, Ohio 45150. Private services with immediate family members have been held.
