Janis Parker

Janis A. Parker passed away on October 23, 2026. Janis was born July 31, 1937 to Stanley William and Gladys (Niehaus) in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Janis is survived by two daughters, Kelly P. Hill of Lawton, Oklahoma and Kimberly A. Parker of Deer Park, Ohio. Janis leaves five granddaughters and 10 great grandchildren. Jillian Herrman (son Jacob), Maggie Anton (son Keegan and daughter Morgan), Annie Roberts and her partner Drew Gardiner (sons Wesley, Cooper and Tripp and daughter Tuesday), Patricial Kellerman and partner Roger Damrans (son Blake and daughter Juilette), and Rebecca & Tony Jones (son Roman).

Janis leaves a twin brother Jack Long and wife Janice Long. Also, a niece Jennifer and Pete Hopewell (sons Aidan and Ryan and daughter Peyton). Along with a nephew Patrick Long -all of Cincinnati. A nephew preceded, John Lambert (“JL”) Long.

A VERY heartfelt “Thank you” to Dr. Rebecca and Tony Jones for their love, care and compassion for Janis throughout the years. Specifically, during the last 5 years, of Janis’ life.

A graveside service will be held at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery, service date and time will be updated once it is made available.
