Jane McJoynt Cannon, 89, peacefully passed away on Monday, May 23, 2022, in Louisville, Kentucky.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Gertrude McJoynt of Cincinnati, Ohio, and by her two brothers, James McJoynt and John A. McJoynt, Jr. She is also preceded in death by her loving husband, William A. Cannon. She is survived by her four children, Molly Cannon, John Cannon, and Thomas Cannon of Louisville, and Kate Cannon (Graddy Johnson) of Lexington. She is also survived by her three grandchildren, Elizabeth Bingham (Ryan Rogers), Kyle Cannon, and Lucy Johnson.

Jane was born in Cincinnati, Ohio where she attended St. Ursula Academy from kindergarten to high school and then graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Education from the University of Cincinnati.

Memorials may be made to the Foundation for the Liveliness of Children, Inc. , a nonprofit child care center located at 3110 Rock Creek Dr, Louisville, Kentucky 40207 where Jane sat on the Board of Directors for many years.
