James Hughes Garvin (Jim) of Golf Manor, Ohio, survived by his wife of 56 years, Ann Ferris Garvin. Father of James R. Garvin (Beverly) and Christine Garvin Diambrosio (Anthony), Grandfather of William, Christopher, Harrison and Aidan. Brother of Robert Garvin, Cynthia Ward, and William Garvin. Age 82, November 21, 2017. Service November 24, 2017 at 1:15 PM, Gilligan Funeral Home, 8225 Montgomery Road. Visitation prior to service at 12:30 PM. Internment at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 11000 Montgomery Road. In lieu of flowers, contributions requested to the Society of Vincent de Paul, 1125 Bank Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45214.
