Jacob R. Yarber passed away unexpectedly at age 30 on May 24 with his devoted husband, David Reno, at his side. Jacob was born on October 17, 1991, in Athens, Tennessee. He met his husband in Tennessee, married December 1, 2018, and lived their lives in Nashville, Tennessee to later further their careers in Cincinnati, Ohio. Jacob accomplished so much in his youth with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing & Organizational Behavior, and his Masters in Business Administration where he blossomed his career in Cincinnati, Ohio. Jacob being the over achiever, became certified in Design and opened a practice in Cincinnati.

Though he was on earth for a short time, he is remembered every day by his family and friends. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Sheila and Donnie Webb, and his father Roger Yarber, two brothers Chris and Jim, and his best friend Savanah Triplett.

Jacob suffered from Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension since the age of 16, cared for by Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. Even with Jacob's health challenges, he continued to live his life to the fullest and always believed in giving back and helping others. He was successful in his career and focused. Jacob was a gentle, loving person and brought love and happiness to everyone he met. He will be missed by all, and never forgotten – he will always be in our hearts.

Services held at Gilligan Funeral Home. A private memorial will be held in Tennessee to further remember Jacob in his honor. We will be starting the Jacob R Yarber-Reno Foundation to honor Jacob's wishes to help others through charitable contributions.
