Obituary
Herbert W. Smith, beloved husband of Madeline Moffett Smith, devoted father of Linda (Jim) Schiesler and Rick (Diane) Smith, loving grandfather of Dawn (Tom) Handorf, Bret (Laura) Smith and Scott (Laura) Smith, also survived by 10 great-grandchildren. Monday, December 27, 2004 at the age of 91 years. No visitation. Memorial Service 10:30am Thursday at the Norman Chapel of Spring Grove Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Down Syndrome Assoc. of Greater Cincinnati, 1821 Summit Rd., Suite 102, Cincinnati 45237.
