Gwen Carlson (nee Goodman) passed away peacefully in her Deer Park home on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at the age of 91. Wife of the late George Carlson, loving mother of George L. (Kathe) and Bob (Dianne), grandmother of Teresa and Scott (Sarah), great-grandmother of Hailey, Logan, and Adalyn Carlson and her lifelong friend and caretaker Vic Shafer. She taught Sunday school classes at the Fellowship Tabernacle to the "Shining Stars." Celebration of Gwen's life will be held Tuesday, May 14 at 1:00 PM at the Gilligan Funeral Home, 8225 Montgomery Road at Galbraith, Cincinnati OH 45236. In lieu of Flowers, you may send donations to Southwest Ohio Hospice, 7625 Camargo Road, Cincinnati OH 45243, in appreciation for the wonderful care given to Gwen in her final days.
