Geraldine "Gerry" A. Lehnhoff (nee Carstens) of Blue Ash, Ohio departed Thursday September 22, 2016 at the age of 84. Beloved wife of 67 years of Robert W. Lehnhoff, loving and devoted mother of Linda Hart (deceased), Michael Lehnhoff, Andrea (Charlie) Tremblay, Lori (Phil) Polaski, David (Karen) Lehnhoff, loving grandmother of Sean Hart, Libby Barlow (nee Hart), Andrew Tremblay, Emily and Nicholas Lehnhoff and great grandmother of seven. She was predeceased by her siblings Eugene Carstens and Vera Reisiger (nee Carstens). Visitation will be held at 9:30 AM followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM on Monday, September 26 at All Saints Catholic Church, 8939 Montgomery Rd., Cincinnati, Ohio. Internment at Gate of Heaven Catholic Cemetery, 11000 Montgomery Rd., Cincinnati, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Gerry's name to SPCA Cincinnati, 11900 Conrey Rd.
