George A. Strutz, Jr., beloved husband of 55 years to Mary Louise (nee Oberle) Strutz, cherished and devoted father of Marcia (Strutz) Korner and Michele Strutz, grandfather of Scott Korner and William Rankin, dear brother-in-law of Kathleen (Oberle) and Rick Sherman, and uncle of Laurie James, Sue McDermott, and other nieces and nephews, beloved son of the late George Sr. and Marvel Strutz, suddenly on November 22, 2008 at age 75. Visitation Tuesday, November 25 from 4 to 8 PM at the Gilligan Funeral Home, 8225 Montgomery Rd. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, November 26 at 10:30 AM at St. Vincent Ferrer Church, 7754 Montgomery Rd. Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
