George M. Luning, (Aug 1949 - Sept 2021), passed away at his personal Camelot, a cabin on Lake Williamstown where the sun was always shining.

He was the son of the late Anthony and Marian (Fitzpatrick) Luning. He was the beloved father of Melissa Fine (Jeremy Fine), Stephanie Luning, and Michael Luning (Carolan Deutch). He leaves their mother and wife of 43 years MaryAnne (Lamps). He was brother to Dan Luning, Nancy Hengesbaugh, Mary Gehring, and Tom Luning. And proud Pop to Henry and Marielle Fine and Audrey Luning.

George was a legend at Hillrom Inc where he worked for 30 years and was an excellent provider for his family. He was a man of faith, a true Good Samaritan, water ski instructor, carpenter, and story teller. He loved to make people laugh and will forever be remembered for his smile and big heart.

Visitation Monday, September 20, 9-10am Gilligan Funeral Home 8225 Montgomery Rd followed by Mass at All Saints Catholic Church 10:30am 8939 Montgomery Rd.
