FREDERICK MICHAEL TASCH He was 73, born November 26, 1941 passed away on November 20 2015. He is preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Helen (Sprung) Tasch, brother, Michael, sister Eileen and his beloved son Robert Michael Tasch . He is survived by his dear wife Mary Pat, and children Elisa (Will) Evans, Michael (Krista) Tasch and Karen (Brad) Miller. Fred was dearly loved by his sisters, Valann Tasch and Mary Jo Weiss and brother-in-law Gary Weiss. He was affectionately known as APPY by his five grandchildren, Kennedy, Karsen, Andrew, Maxey and Braden. He was also a loving uncle to his nieces and nephews, Ann ( Andy) Theiling, Eileen (Peter) Gent, Joe and (Jessie) Weiss, and Michael (Carolyn) Weiss. A celebration of his life will be at Good Shepherd Church, on Tuesday morning at 10:00 a.m. on November 24, 2015 with visitation prior to service at 9:30 a.m. He attended St Louis U High and graduated from St Louis University where he earned his MBA. He was CEO of VRC Electronics, and enjoyed his family, golf, gardening and fishing. He was a gourmet chef preparing many of the Tasch ancestral dishes and researched the ancestry of the TASCH and DODGE families to the mid- 1700s. His favorite Brother in law, Gary Weiss will be a Eucharistic Minister at the Mass.
