Fred W. Goosman, beloved husband of Barbara (nee Haye) Goosman who he was married to for 60 years. Loving father of Fred (Kathy Schutte), Gosman III. Proud grandfather of Derick IV, Kaitlyn, Taylor, Kevin, and Alexie Gosman. Departed Sunday November 14, 2010 at the age of 89. While playing in the CSO under the name of Eugene Goosman he joined the Army where he was stationed in Kentucky. He was later put in the band and sent to England where he played in the Glenn Miller Band. On returning after WWII he came back to earn three more degrees and became Supervisor of Music at Loveland City Schools. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday December 20th at St. Paul United Methodist Church at the corner of Miami Ave. and Galbraith Rd. Visitation will be at 10:00 am until the time of the service at 11:00am.
