Frank William Muhlhofer, Jr. "Bill" Devoted Father of Clarinda M. Tinkham (James E.), Elizabeth M. Thomas (Charles L. III) and Frank William Muhlhofer, III (Shannon S.) Dear brother of Louis H. Muhlhofer (Virginia). Proud grandfather of Clarinda H. and Andrew S. Harris, Charles L. IV and Blakely S. Thomas. Step grandfather of Kevin M. and James K. Tinkham and Jacob B. Lynn. Also survived by his beloved longtime dear friend, Frances Riggsbee (Boots). Peacefully surrounded by family and friends on Wednesday, July 30 at the age of 84. Native Cincinnatian, graduate of Withrow High School and the University of Cincinnati College of Business Administration. He was employed by Goldsmith Metal Lath, Brown and Bigelow and the United States Gypsum companies. After retiring, he worked for Bolce and Thomas, Inc. He was a member of the Delta Tau Delta Fraternity and Cincinnati Country Club. He was an avid Cincinnati sports fan and a jazz enthusiast. At Bill's request, there will be a private family service. Friends may attend a celebration of Bill's life at the Deupree House at 3939 Erie Avenue on Tuesday, August 5 from 4-6 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
