IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Florence L.
Hackman
December 16, 1918 – January 21, 2025
After 106 remarkable years, Florence (nee Albertz) Hackman left this earth for a heavenly reunion with her beloved husband, Joseph. Born on December 16, 1918 Flo was blessed with 2 children, 4 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren. Flo was the youngest of 9 children, and there is no doubt she is enjoying being with her parents and many siblings again.
Flo and Joe were married on June 22, 1940 at St. Cecilia Church in Oakley and were one of the founding families of St. Vincent Ferrer in Kenwood. Flo and Joe enjoyed a loving home in Kenwood for 70 years. During their 71 years of marriage and companionship, they enjoyed golf with the Bogey Busters, summer vacations in Coldwater Michigan, winter "snow bird" trips to Florida, and traveling the world together. Flo spent her last years in the good care of the fine folks at Traditions of Deerfield in Loveland, where she could be found surrounded by friends at happy hour, arts and crafts, and bingo!
Flo lived her life with zeal. She laughed, loved, and truly lived life to the fullest. Flo's wide circle of family, friends, and fans are forever impacted by her warm smile, infectious laugh, and positive attitude. Flo's legacy is her unwavering love and support for those close to her. She was the life of the party and will be greatly missed.
