Dr. Felix Raul Canestri, born October 9, 1937, in La Plata, Argentina, passed away on Sunday September 4, 2022. A resident of Cincinnati for almost 50 years, he is survived by his three children, Felix Canestri, Andrew Canestri, Katherine Canestri Soler and three granddaughters, Isabella Soler, Elise Soler and Sara Canestri. He is also survived by his brother Gustavo Canestri. He is preceded in death by his brother Mario Canestri.

A dedicated physician for over 50 years and classical music enthusiast, he retired to playing tennis, reading and spending time with family and friends.

A remembrance in his honor will be October 28, 2022 at Gilligan Funeral Home, 8225 Montgomery Rd 45236 4pm-7pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra ( cincinnatisymphony.org ) or Hospice of SW Ohio ( hswo.org ).
