Eula Alton Gholston (nee Adams), peacefully ascended to Heaven on October 9, 2018, at the age of 95. Eula is survived by her daughter Anne Hochwalt (Steve), two beautiful granddaughters, Angela Schmidt (Robert) and Kristine Taylor (Craig), and three great-grandchildren, Mary Jane, Sara, and Jack. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 46 years, Walter Alton, her second husband of 15 years, Polk Gholston, son David and her sister, Ruth Shiflet. Eula taught school for 27 years in Lebanon Ohio where she nurtured and encouraged each student she taught. Eula's loving heart, smile and beautiful spirit will be missed.A Celebration of Life will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, November 10, 2018, at Coldwater Methodist Church in Elberton, Georgia (which is where she grew up and was married).
