Ethel A. Hoover (nee Hart), beloved wife of John E. Hoover, devoted mother of Alice, John and Paul Hoover, Judy Mazzarella, Mary Hoover Matter and Angela Schloss, dear sister of Joe Hart, Sister Mary Collete and Lou Hart, also survived by 14 grandchildren.
