Elizabeth "Betty" Oatis (nee Grace), beloved wife of the late John E. "Jack" Oatis, died peacefully in her sleep at home on March 16, 2011 surrounded by family and friends. Two weeks earlier she had celebrated her 90th birthday with her beloved children: Dr. John E. Oatis, Jr, Ginny Oatis Warzon (Jim), Susan Oatis, Dr. Carol A. Oatis (Maggie Fenerty) and David A. Oatis (Cindy); her 7 loving grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren, along with dear friends, celebrated with her. Visitation will be held on April 1 at 11:00 AM at the Community of the Good Shepherd, followed by the Memorial Mass at noon in the Chapel. The burial service will be in Indianapolis, IN on April 2. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Southwest Ohio, 7625 Camargo Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45243.
