Elizabeth “Beth” Mary (Ornelles) Brown passed away peacefully, surrounded by love and family, on Sunday, December 14, 2025, at the age of 67.
Beth was born on December 9, 1958, in Petaluma, California, to Gordon and Constance Ornelles. She was raised in a large, loving family with four sisters and two brothers. Beth graduated from St. Vincent DePaul High School in 1977. She later moved to Chico, California, where she attended Chico State. Following her education, she began a long and meaningful career as a dental assistant.
Beth chose to remain in Chico, where she met her husband, Edward Brown, while they were renting neighboring studio apartments. Together, Beth and Ed welcomed two children, Casey and Tyler.
In 2006, Beth and her children moved to Loveland, Ohio, where she continued working as a dental assistant. Throughout her career, Beth had a special gift for making people feel comfortable, confident, and cared for. She was deeply loved by her coworkers and patients, and her warmth and kindness left a lasting impression on everyone she met.
Beth had a love for all animals, especially horses and her dogs. She collected Breyer horses and found joy and comfort in them. Her kindness was reflected in the way she cared for every animal she met.
Beth recently became a grandmother to Damon Brown, a role she cherished deeply. Anyone who knew Beth knew how proud she was of her grandson, and her legacy of love will live on through him.
Beth was preceded in death by her parents. Beth is survived by her daughter, Casey (Bryan) Kreyling; her son, Tyler (Alexandria) Brown; her grandson, Damon Brown; her longtime partner, Tom Williams; and her siblings: Anne (Doug) Fulks, Julie (Kim) Jamieson, Cindi (Randy) Johanson, Leslie (Bif) Temple, Michael (Marie) Ornelles, and Steven (Heidi) Ornelles.
A visitation will take place on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at Gilligan Funeral Home, 8225 Montgomery Road, Cincinnati, OH 45236, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm with a memorial service to follow at 5:00 pm.
She will be missed beyond words by all who knew and loved her.
