Eleanor R. Donovan (nee Heitker), of Mason, OH, passed away on Saturday, September 2, 2017, at the age of 84 years. Beloved wife of the late John W. Donovan, devoted mother of Kevin (Pam) Donovan, Kathleen Donovan, Stuart (Lynn) Donovan and Keith (Suzanne) Donovan. Cherished grandmother of Ryan & Patrick, Maggie & Will, Shannon, Kelly, and Sean. Preceded in death by siblings, Mary Jo Benson and George Heitker. Visitation will be held at Gilligan Funeral Home, 8225 Montgomery Rd. (Kenwood ~ 45236), Thursday, September 7, 2017 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm. A Mass of Christian burial will be 10:00am, Friday, September 8, 2017 at St. Michael's Church, 11144 Spinner Ave., (Sharonville ~ 45241). Memorials may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati or to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
