Elaine D. Phipps passed away Monday, September 26. Loving and devoted wife and business partner to Bill Phipps for 65 years. Loving mother of Julie (David) Franson, Edward (Jessica) Phipps and Jack (Lisa) Phipps. Cherished Grandmother to Laura Villanueva (Franson), Allison Bentel (Franson), D.J. Franson, Bill Phipps, Jackson Phipps and Audrey Phipps and Great Grandmother of 5.

Proud 1950 graduate of Withrow High School. She was member of the local PEO chapter (The Philanthropic Education Organization). She was a wonderful host to many friends and family members. She enjoyed boating on the river with Bill and friends. She enjoyed reading, cooking, needlepoint and a glass of wine.

Visitation and Service Sunday Oct. 3rd 10 a.m.-12 p.m. at Gilligan Funeral Homes, 8225 Montgomery Rd., Cincinnati, Ohio 45236.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Hospice Home Care of Cincinnati would be appreciated.
