Edward C. "Ed" Piepmeier, age 71, peacefully passed away Thursday, March 19, 2015. He will be missed by his family and friends: his daughter Aimee (David) Stermer and son Michael Piepmeier; brother John (Mary Fran) Piepmeier; sisters Mary L "Merrily" Piepmeier, Carol (Bob) Bouchard Jr., and Marge (Joe) Schehr; five grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and faithful companion Pippy. Ed was preceded in death by parents Charles and Vera (Pauly) Piepmeier and wife Cathy. Ed's family will receive friends and family from 3:00 4:30 PM on Sunday March 22nd at the Gilligan Funeral Home, Kenwood (8225 Montgomery Road, Cincinnati, Ohio). There will be a Memorial Service at 4:30 PM to celebrate and honor his life. In lieu of flowers, his family requests that donations be made to Hospice of Cincinnati, PO Box 633597, Cinti 45263-3597.
