Obituary
Earl Eugene Cartmell, "Gene" born December 30, 1930 in Jackson County, Indiana. He passed December 2, 2018 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Gene was the beloved son to the Late Earl M. Cartmell and Wilma L. Cartmell (Harvey). Also preceded in death by his beloved wife Willa I. Cartmell (Osborn), step-son Brian L. Jacquez and Brother Robert D. Cartmell. Gene had three loving brothers and he was a father to 9 children, grandfather to 17 grandchildren, and great grandfather to 19. Visitation will be at Gilligan Funeral Home, 8225 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, Ohio, 45236 Thursday, December 6th at 10:00 am. Memorial service follows, beginning at 11:30 am. Donations in Earl's name to Hospice of Cincinnati are appreciated.
