Evelyn Jane "Jane" Bascom (nee Hennel) age 92 died on April 6, 2023.  Jane was born on December 17, 1930 in Norwood, Ohio to Margaret and Michael Hennel.  Married to Bill Bascom on April 22, 1950.  Jane was preceded in death by her husband, Willard (Bill) Holman Bascom, her sister Audrey Morelein and her brother Gerald Hennel; survived by her children Janalyn (Gerald) Townsend, Tom (Mary) Bascom and Brett (Mary) Bascom.  A devoted Grandmother to Erin, Andrew, Brian, Alex and Stephen. Loving Great-Grandmother to nine.

Visitation followed by a service will be held at Gilligan Funeral Home at 8225 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH on April 13, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital .
