She was the devoted mother of Deborah Gladstone (Stephen), Denise Lorenz (David), Dianne Hill (Mark), Henry Kreuzman III (Mary Jo), and Joseph Kreuzman. Dorothy was born in Dayton, Ohio on April 5, 1923 to Clara (nee Serrer) and Carl Lindner Sr. Dorothy, her parents, and brothers opened United Dairy Farmers in 1940. During WWII, Dorothy worked 12 hour days managing the bookkeeping, hiring, and training of employees. After marrying Henry in 1948, she applied her experience and exceptional business insights to the three restaurants they owned. Dorothy was devoted to her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. They will always remember her Fourth of July Parades, nature hikes, and tea parties. For her grandchildren, she emphasized kindness and service to others. Dorothy was a lifelong learner and an engaging storyteller. She had an amazing charm and charisma that made others happy to be in her presence. Even as her health diminished, she kept her joy for life. Her calm, warm, and generous spirit touched many lives in her 98 years, and she will be missed by all.
