Dolly was born to the late William and Edna Kauther Philbin. She was the younger sibling of the late Herbert (Jean) Philbin, Verna (Pete) Fishter, Betty Minges, and Anna Weber.

Family will welcome visitors on Monday, February 10th at St. Saviour Church. Viewing will be from 10-11AM. Mass will follow, with Burial at Gate of Heaven Cemetery directly after Mass.
