Della Ruth McCowan (nee Cox), devoted mother of Gladys (the late Lawrence) Tilley, Wanda (the late Donald) Baker, Linda (William) Walley, Barbara (the late Barry) Fulks, Carolyn Hamm, Charlene (Paul) Crisp, Marlene McCowan and the late Shirley McCowan, dear sister of Ray Cox, also loved by 16 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. Departed Saturday, November 28, 2009 at the age of 88. Visitation Sunday, November 29 (this evening) at the Gilligan Funeral Home, 8225 Montgomery at Galbraith from 5 to 8:30 PM. Funeral Service 11 AM Monday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Community Care Hospice, Box 123 R Gordon Rd., Wilmington, OH 45177.
