David E. Hardin, age 61, from Harwell, Ohio, passed on November 30, 2022. He was born on March 24, 1961 to Gene and Carol (nee Brackett) Hardin. Survived by his father Gene, he was preceded in death by his mother, Carol, and his brother Daniel.

In the years following his graduation from Aiken High School in May 1979, David served in the United States Navy and was honorably discharged after 7 years of service. He was extremely proud to have served his country.

David will be remembered for his kind nature and was a friend to many. He was a dedicated volunteer at Bethesda North Hospital, donating more than 6,000 hours of his time, supporting patients and their families.

Visitation will be Wednesday, December 7, 2022 from 4:00pm-6:00pm at Gilligan Funeral Home, 8225 Montgomery Rd 45236. Military Honors and Funeral Service to follow, beginning at 6:00pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations in David's name may be made to Paralyzed Veterans of America .
