Cynthia Anne Luca (nee Chancey), age 62, the truly wonderful and beloved wife of Anthony (Tony) Luca for 31 years, passed away Saturday, November 24, 2018 after a long and courageous battle with dementia. Survived by her brother Richard (David) Chancey, her in-laws Douglas Guevara, Connie, and Edward Nuxoll and Nicholas and Barbara Luca, plus nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her loving parents Charles and Carol Rae Chancey, Jr., and her brother, Clifton Chancey. She earned a B.A. in Public Administration from Miami U. and Master of Business Administration from University of Cincinnati. Visitation will be Friday, November 30, 2018, at St. Paul United Methodist Church, 8221 Miami Avenue, (at E. Galbraith) Madeira, OH 45243, from 10 am until 12 Noon Funeral Service. Burial at Hopewell Cemetery.
