Clifford J. Blackburn, beloved husband of Janet Blackburn (nee Gibler) for 64 years. Devoted father of Scherry (Blackburn) Maier and Lynn (Bob) Buede. Loving grandfather of 5 and great-grandfather of 9. Departed on April 2, 2014 at the age of 83. Visitation will be held Monday, April 7 from 11:00 am until time of service at 1:00 pm at Gilligan Funeral Home, 8225 Montgomery Rd. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati, P.O.
