Charlotte was a devoted wife of 61 years to Richard Schultz. She was a loving mother to Ron (Joan) Schultz, Kathleen Kindell, Karen (Mike) Geygan, and Laura (Bob) Drennan. She was a loving grandmother to Paige Kindell (Chris) Janson, Ashley Kindell, Alan (Hanna Yesuf) Geygan, Michelle (Colin) Jeffries, Catie (Jon) Borchert, Nick Drennan and Kelly Drennan, and loving Gigi to Grant, Jack, and Winnie Janson and Clara, Annelise and Audrey Jeffries.

Charlotte and Rich lived most of their married lives in Madeira. They were long time members of St. Gertrude Parish. Charlotte was den mother for Cub Scouts and led multiple groups of girls to receive their Marian Award Medal in Girl Scouts. She loved to sew, garden, embroider and quilt. She embroidered hundreds of baptismal garments for children at St. Gertrude and kept each of her grandchildren and great grandchildren warm with beautiful quilts. She and Rich enjoyed traveling. They took several tours across the US and visited many of the Kentucky State Parks. Closer to home they enjoyed walking at the nature center and the zoo.

Charlotte loved spending time in her yard and "playing in the dirt". She had beautiful flower gardens and she and Rich loved sitting on the patio enjoying the flowers and watching the wildlife in the field. After Rich passed and Charlotte moved to The Seasons, she had masses of flowers on her balcony and fed the birds and squirrels that visited. At Mason Christian Village, Charlotte loved feeding the ducks and fish and enjoyed the beautiful flowers on the grounds.
