Charlotte P. Congedo (nee Caggiano), devoted mother of Joseph F., Jeff E. and Julie Ann Congedo, loving grandmother of Jared E., Vincent D. and Mariah E. Congedo. Departed Monday, April 13, 2009 at the age of 78. Visitation Wednesday, April 15 at the Gilligan Funeral Home, 8225 Montgomery at Galbraith from 5 to 8 PM. Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM Thursday at St. Vincent Ferrer Catholic Church, Kenwood. Memorials may be made to the American Breast Cancer Foundation, 1220 B East Joppa Rd. Suite 332, Baltimore, MD 21286.
