Charles J. Donovan age 74, passed away Fri., August 25, 2017. Loving son of the late Harry & Selma Donovan (nee Martin). Beloved husband of Carrol D. Donovan (nee Williams), best Dad to Dwayne R. Buttrey, Grandpa to Jarret T. Buttrey. Brother of William Donovan (Rose), best ever brother-in-law of Jerry Williams (Arlene) Everyone who knew him always said they never heard a bad thing about him.
