Catherine R. Willig, born October 6, 1933, passed from this earth to Jesus' arms May 20th 2017, beloved wife of Donald E. Willig for 43 years, loving mother by birth to Greg Harms (Rebecca), Shari Riehl (Ben), by marriage to Gary Willig (Linda), Donna Hensley (Ron), Tess Tompos (Donnie), Angie Scharff (Pete), Beth Boyers (Dave), and loving grandmother to 12 grandchildren, and 23 great- grandchildren. Catherine was devoted to her family and always had a hug and a kiss for all that she met, both family and strangers and made them feel special. Catherine especially enjoyed babies and lit up around them. Enjoyed cooking, world traveling, fashion, interior decorating, and attending music and the arts. Longtime member of Groesbeck United Methodist Church and recent Shareholder of Vineyard Cincinnati Church. She showed her love for God and others through serving with CHAOS after school program, Naturalization Services, Ronald McDonald House, Sun Ministries, Meals on Wheels that she really enjoyed because she got to visit with the people. Life Celebration Service will be held at the Vineyard Cincinnati Chapel on June the 6th beginning at 5:00 pm. The Chapel address is 11340 Century Circle East Cincinnati, Ohio 45246.
