Carolyn S. Horst, a beloved mother, grandmother and successful Real Estate Agent passed March 31, 2022 at the age of 76 after a bout with cancer. Beloved wife of Jack Anton Horst (died October 21,1998).

Carolyn was an only child to parents: Martin and Lilian Christensen. She is survived by her three children: Diana Lynn Werthmann (nee Francisco), married to Clint, Michael Anthony Francisco, and his wife Wendy Elaine Francisco (nee Hargis), and Christopher Anton Horst. She also has two grandchildren: Anastacia Marie Fleisher, and Stephen Anthony Michael Francisco.

She was a graduate of Mt. Notre Dame Academy and the University of Cincinnati. There she met and later married Wayne M. Francisco in 1965. Together they settled in Scottsdale, Arizona.

She relocated back to Cincinnati in the mid-80's where she continued her profession in Real Estate and married Jack Anton Horst.

Her visitation will be held Wednesday April 20, 4:00 -7:00 pm at Gilligan Funeral Home, 8225 Montgomery Rd Cincinnati, OH. 45236

A Catholic Mass will honor her Thursday April 21, 10:30 am at All Saints Church, 8939 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH. 45236
