Caroll S. Cass, born Caroll Sophia Peterson in Withee Wisconsin on August 6, 1925, to Martha Theresa Peterson (Fechner) and Osmond A Peterson died on Sunday July 28, 2013. She is survived by her sister Marion Jordan, brother O.C. Peterson, and was the much loved mother of daughters Susan Aurinko (Gary Mostow) and Patricia Jude (Joe Jude) and loving grandmother of Thalia Bruehl (Alex), Lydia Halstead (Dan), and Jessica Caroll Jude. Although her life was not always easy, Caroll Cass spread sunshine and good cheer to everyone around her. In 2012, she was named Queen of St. Margaret's Hall, an annual honor bestowed on people who enrich the atmosphere of the nursing home. She loved Bingo almost as much as Frank Sinatra and luck was always on her side. Visitation will be on Thursday, August 1 at St. Margaret Hall, 1960 Madison Rd. from 1 pm until Funeral Service at 2 pm. Memorials may be made in Caroll's name at any Chase Bank branch location.
