Obituary
Carol C. Smith (nee Hack), age 83, died peacefully in her sleep on August 26, 2018. Preceded in death by husband Donald, her parents E. George Hack and Mary Kramer. Survived by children Amy Ketzer (Thomas), Anthony Smith (Terese Munro) and Caroline Smith (Timothy Roberts), grandchildren Daniel Ketzer (Guru Charan) and Jennifer Ketzer, and sister Susan Hurst (Dexter). Proud past employee of PLCH and avid reader. Visitation is this Saturday 9:30 a.m. at St. Anthonys in Madisonville. Funeral mass to follow at 10:30 a.m. Burial at St Andrews Cemetery in Milford OH. Join the family after burial at Hyde Park Center, 2800 Erie Avenue. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Anthonys Bread Fund or Hyde Park Health Center.
