Obituary
Carl N. Doppes, beloved husband of Karen Harber Doppes, devoted son-in-law of Jack and Pauline Burkes, dear nephew of Elsie Phillips, also survived by many cousins, friends, and his beloved "Teddy". He was vice president of Deerfield Construction Co. Died Friday March 18, 2005 in Charlotte, NC at the age of 64 years. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 23 at the Gilligan Funeral Home, 8225 Montgomery Rd. at Galbraith from 5 to 8 PM. Funeral Service 10:30 AM Thursday in the funeral home with burial to follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Memorials may be made to Hospice at Charlotte, 1420 E. 7th St., Charlotte, NC 28204.
