Barbara Rose Seifert

Barbara Rose Seifert, beloved mother of Bernadette Seifert, Mark Seifert, Michele Prell, Kristin Schulte, and Lisa Baranack, passed away peacefully on September 24, 2026, at the age of 97.

Barbara was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Raymond Seifert, with whom she shared 48 years of marriage.

She was the proud grandmother of three grandchildren and great-grandmother of two. Barbara had a remarkable gift for bringing out the best in others through her charisma, genuine warmth, loving heart, and scintillating conversation. Her presence enriched the lives of all who knew her.

Throughout her life, Barbara pursued a variety of accomplishments and passions. Her diverse career included work in acting and interior design. She was also a dedicated teacher, accomplished vocalist, and professional graphologist. Her creativity, intellect, and enthusiasm left a lasting impression on family, friends, colleagues, and students alike.

Barbara's legacy of kindness, grace, and encouragement will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved her.

A visitation and memorial service is being planned for a date in the near future.
