Barbara Lois Roman, age 83, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on July 13, 2021 at Hospice of Cincinnati in Blue Ash. Ms. Roman is survived by her two sons Clyde Franklin (Anita) Bell, Jr. of Cincinnati, Ohio and Michael Stephen (Elizabeth) Bell of Conroe, Texas, seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Doyle Wilkins and Ruth Lovelace, her stepfather John William Lovelace, her brothers Doyle Wilkins and Ronald Wilkins and her daughter Wendy Paige Bell Owen.

She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, grew up in Chattanooga, Tennessee and lived in Murfreesboro, Tennessee for many years before moving back to Cincinnati. Ms. Roman was a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee where she earned her Bachelor's degree in English.

She was a devout Catholic and attended St. Vincent Ferrer Church in Cincinnati. A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 16, 2021 at Gilligan Funeral Home, 8225 Montgomery Rd, from 10:30am - 11:30am.
