Obituary

Antoinette 'Lee' Palazzolo (nee Viviano) Devoted wife of the late Peter J. Palazzolo, loving mother of Rev. Tony Palazzolo, Carmela Christin, Nina Zimmer, Peter (Sandee) Palazzolo and Jeannine (Jim) Vogel, beloved "Nonna" to 20 grandchildren and over 40 great-grandchildren, passed-away peacefully at Alterra Sterling House of Springdale on November 2, 2003. She was 93. Former resident of Hyde Park and Anderson Township. Lee will long be remembered and cherished for her fabulous cooking and entertaining skills as well as 20 happy and productive years volunteering weekly at St. Margaret Hall and Anderson Mercy Hospital. A friend once said, "Lee is down to earth, humorous and genteel. She hugs a lot, smiles a lot and promotes goodwill - she's a classy lady!" Visitation for friends and family will be held Monday at Sacred Heart Italian Church at 2743 Massachusetts Ave., Camp Washington from 9:30 to 10:45am. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00am.
